My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate Humanistic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural strategies, EMDR, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to support meaningful and lasting change.
