My Story

I became a therapist because I know what it can feel like to move through life appearing “fine” while feeling unseen, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn. Many people carry anxiety, grief, trauma, or relationship pain while continuing to show up for work, family, and everyone who depends on them.

My goal is to offer a steady, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin taking meaningful steps forward at a pace that feels right for you.

You don't need to have it all figured out to begin therapy.

I earned my Master of Counselling from City University of Seattle. Since then, I have supported individuals, couples, communities, and organizations through anxiety, trauma, grief, depression, stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My work with neurodivergent individuals and Indigenous communities, including delivering workshops for frontline workers and training community workers on healing together, has shaped my counselling style that is warm, collaborative, practical, and deeply respectful of each person’s story.

What I Help With -

  • Anxiety

  • Trauma & PTSD

  • Grief & Loss

  • Depression

  • Stress & Burnout

  • Life Transitions

How I work

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I draw from evidence-informed approaches and tailor our work to your needs, goals, culture, values, and pace.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate:

  • Humanistic & Person-Centred Therapy: creating a safe, accepting space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.

  • Solution-Focused Therapy - clarifying your goals, identifying strengths, and building on what is already working.

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) - identifying and shifting unhelpful thought patterns and building practical tools.

  • EMDR & Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT): trauma-focused approaches that support safe processing and help reduce the lasting impact of painful experiences.

  • Emotionally Focused & Narrative Approaches: understanding patterns, strengthen connection, and create new ways forward.

Whatever brings you to therapy, my intention is to meet you with care, respect, and support as you move toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.

You don't have to have it all figured out before reaching out. A free 15-minute consultation is simply a conversation - a chance to ask questions, share what's going on, and see if we are a good fit.
