Research shows video counselling is comparable to in-person for most concerns. I offer both, and you are welcome to switch between them as your schedule changes.

During a 15-minute free consult, we will discuss what brings you in and address any questions you may have, with absolutely no pressure to book a session.

Most extended health plans cover registered clinical counsellors and certified Canadian counsellors. I offer direct billing to major insurers through TELUS eClaims, so you often only have to pay the difference at the time of your session. I can also provide receipts for reimbursement.
